SEE YOU IN COURT!

City Planning denied 7-Eleven's request for 24 hours of operation but approved them for 6am-2am, upheld their claim that they do not need to provide a traffic study, & approved all their requested CEQA exemptions–even those for which they do not qualify. City Planning may have failed to see the danger this development poses to our community, but we do. We've hired an attorney to support us in appealing the City's decision & demanding that 7-Eleven provide comprehensive environmental & traffic impact reports before they take another step.
