The Determination is IN - What City Planning Decided
Thank you to everyone who attended the City Planning hearing & voiced your concerns! The determination is in & we are pleased that the Zoning Administrator DENIED the requested 24 hour use permit.
BUT a conditional use permit for 6am-2am hours was approved with stipulations. As well as all of 7-Eleven's requested CEQA exemptions. We are moving onto our next steps, including possible litigation. Stay tuned to this site for more information as it becomes available. For now, concerned community members are welcome to contact 7-Eleven corporate to let them know we are not going away.
